By paying this invoice, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Atlantic WebDesign provides web design, development, and related digital services only. Upon delivery of the project and payment of this invoice, the Client assumes full responsibility for the content, operation, management, and use of the website and any associated digital assets.

The Client warrants that all content, materials, products, services, advertisements, and information published through the website comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic WebDesign shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, penalties, legal actions, regulatory proceedings, or other liabilities arising from or related to the Client's use of the website, the content published on it, the products or services offered through it, or any modifications made after delivery.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Atlantic WebDesign, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any third-party claims, demands, actions, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the Client's operation or use of the website after delivery.

Nothing in this notice shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
