If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, Belgium, or the United Kingdom, you may ordinarily have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.
However, by placing an order and requesting that we begin work immediately, you expressly:
Request that performance of the service begin before the expiration of any applicable withdrawal period; and
Acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Where legally required, we will obtain your express consent to begin work immediately and your acknowledgement regarding the loss of withdrawal rights before work starts.
No Refunds After Work Has Begun
Once we have started work on your project, no refunds will be provided for:
Change of mind
Business circumstances changing
Preference changes
Delays caused by the customer
Failure by the customer to provide required content or information
Failure by the customer to use or launch the completed website
Our services involve the allocation of professional time and resources that cannot be recovered once work has commenced.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before any work has started, we may, at our discretion:
Issue a full refund; or
Deduct payment processing fees and other unrecoverable costs before issuing a refund.
Project Deposits
Any deposit, setup fee, onboarding fee, discovery fee, or project reservation fee is non-refundable once paid.
These fees compensate us for reserving project capacity, project planning, consultations, and administrative work.
Custom Website Projects
Custom website projects are created specifically for each customer.
Once development, design, planning, coding, configuration, content integration, or related work has begun, payments made for completed work and work in progress are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated before completion, we may retain amounts corresponding to work already completed.
Defective or Non-Conforming Services
If we fail to provide services substantially as described in our agreement, you must notify us promptly.
Where required by applicable law, we may choose to:
Correct the issue;
Re-perform the affected portion of the service;
Provide a reasonable price reduction; or
Provide another remedy required by law.
